Much darker than I expected!
CNN Headline news had a short blip on a couple of really neat websites.
The first is WeFeelFine.org. It's an artistic interactive picture of how the world is feeling. They get a pulse on the world by crawling the Internet looking for sentences that start with "I feel" or "I'm feeling" and then display the data in various interactive visual presentations.
The second is EternalSunset.net. Using cam feeds from around the globe, the site always has an eye on some location where the sun is just setting. One suggestion: integrate weather lookups to ensure that the location being displayed is a location where the sun was actually shining and not overcast.
